JOB PURPOSE:
This position will be managing the technical team in order to evaluate, Manage, Report the IT incidents as per the regulator instruction (SAMA).
Key Accountabilities:
- Rresponsible to evaluate the Auto-Manual incoming incidents as per the incident management process.
- Responsible and accountable with his team to report the incident as per the incident management process and regulator conditions (SAMA).
- Responsible to manage the incident between the different levels in order to solve it as per the related SLA and participate on the knowledge management teams.
- Responsible to complete & share the incident reports with the related and follow up the actions that proposed on the lessen learned.
- Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
- Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.
- Manage and oversee team performance through performance planning,coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
- Direct and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership.
- Adherence to all regulations and control functions within the bank in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance, fraud detecting and combating matters are carried out.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
Minimum Qualifications:
• BS in Information Technology or related domain.
Minimum Experience:
• 9+ Year experience in IT field.
• 2 years’ experience in IT incident handling.
Job-Specific Skills:
• Have a good knowledge in Networks Domain, preferred certified in related domain.
• Have a good knowledge in Networks Security Domain.
• Have a technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure include (Operating systems, Servers, storage, virtualization, Backup solutions).
• Have a good knowledge in Dashboard creator tools.
• Have a good knowledge in Application integrations.
• Have a good knowledge in documentations, reports.
