- Carryout more complex data analysis and deliver results independently.
- Work with stakeholders to determine how to use business data for valuable business solutions.
- Create custom data models (predictive) and machine learning algorithms.
- Use predictive models to improve customer experience, targeting, revenue generation, and more.
- Coordinate with various technical/functional teams to implement models and monitor results.
- Develop processes, techniques, and tools to analyse and monitor model performance while ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage data science deliverables end to endIdentify opportunities of data science use cases and evaluate feasibility of future engagements.
- Communicate recommendations on some of the most complex issue.
- Develop and own project plans and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of high quality use cases.
- Track and communicate project progress clearly and effectively.
المهارات
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any other technical field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst in financial services.
- Sound knowledge about bank’s products and services.
- Strong math skills (Applied Statistics).
- Knowledge and application experience in advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including, regression, distribution properties, statistical testing, etc.
- Knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++.
- Advanced Computer literacy.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
